There are 1000‘s of food diets, umpteen exercise regimes. We can go weeks without food, days without water and only minutes without air.
Regulating our breathing can have instant results. More energy, better sleep, regular metabolism, weight loss, spectacular better fitness and, maybe most important in these stressful times, the key to switching ‘on’ and/or switching ‘off’.
